As far as i know PF is controlled by the central government, TCS will not have any say in you withdrawing your money. Generally there is an upto 15% match from the company in your account, and that is yours the moment it is deposited in your account. You should not have any problems withdrawing your money. Your money is yours. Some companies deposit PF monies quarterly, small companies deposit it annually, in those cases you might be screwed if you company did not deposit the money in your account.

I work in Health Insurance domain so if you need help in understanding the technical terms, may be I can help.
Kaiser Permanente mght be a good option if you are buying at individual level. I am not sure if they provide services in TN but if they do, then I would go for it. It is a HMO plan but KP hospitals provide reasonably good services at reasonable price in California.

In fact the line line 14 is blank which says list documents that support education, training, experience..etc. to be submitted during I-140. I suspect though on ETA 750 form A they made the advertisement as if I am eb-2. So the question is I do not see anything on line 14 of ETA form B. Is that a big blunder.

My labor is not cleared yet. So no way to check I-140.

While eating dinner last night, I noticed a pitcher and glasses set in our china cabinet and decided to try a studio shot. I used one of my wife's black dresses, hung from the light fixture over our dining room table, as a backdrop. The glasses are sitting on a lens and various bowls and cups to raise them to the levels I wanted. I used white poster board on either side to reflect some light. Light source is a single flash unit bounced off of the ceiling. Thoughts on what I could do to make the shot better, aside from spending $2,000 to buy studio lighting equipment?

An immigrant visa allows the person receiving it to live and work indefinitely in the United States. Immigrant visas are issued based on approved I-129F, I-130, I-140, I-360, or I-600 petitions that establish a family- or employment-based relationship between the petitioner and the beneficiary.
I have my I140 approved through a american company and my h1b is getting expired in june 09.
According to above wordings, I can get a visa to live and work indefinitely,based on my approved I140. I have never heard about it.
Might be some one can explain what is exactly means.

You might be ok, but let me explain. There 2 rules that play-in in this scenario. One is " last action ", the other is " effectve date of your new I-797 ". If the start/effective date of your new I-797 is later than your last action i.e your entry in the USA, then technically your new I-94 which you got from your new I-797 will kick-in from its effective date making your stay in USA legal till its end. Now, if the start/effective date of your new I-797 started before you entered USA using your OLD I-797 (concequently got short I-94 validity) that will control your legal stay period ( as per last action rule ).
That being said, this is very tricky situation, though arguably valid as per different memo's of USCIS. So it is in your best interest, either to go with this interpretation and do nothing if the first case that i explained above is true or play safe and go out of country and enter back US using your new I-797.
Consult a lawyer before you take any step.

You may have a great idea but it'll never happen. Anti-immigrants will label this idea as "Green card for sale" and essentially that's what it is. Bush is also proposing the same for undocumented workers for 10K but conservatives aren't falling for it.
You can argue all you want that we have done everything by the book and have lived here legally all along but no one seems to be impressed with that argument and hence hardly anyone talks about relief to EB folks.
The only 2 topic that is ever discussed is H1B (for company's benefit) and illegal alien (big vote bank for politicians). Even if you propose 50K, I don't think anyone will listen.
It's fun to bounce around ideas, however, while we are waiting for our green card. :)

What does he mean that they send them back home to compete against US? 99.99% of them apply for H1Bs in the 20K reserved for students and if that quota gets used up, they even are allowed to get into the regular pool of 65%. With minimal knowledge, Mr. Prez is making big comments...More like a joke :D

I would be positive that since RFE wasnt answered on time, USCIS knows that it denied it very probably only on the fact that RFE wasnt answered. Now if you MTR using a decent attorney, then there is a good chance that you will get approved. Make sure you have all documentation in place. Refer to "I-140 denied, urgent help, please" forum also in immigration.com's site.
485 can be reinstated if I140 is approved again. There are cases to get MTR cleared in less than a month.
I can imagine how it feels, but I am sure you have a chance. Go to a big law firm and a good attorney.

Should I contact US Consulate in Toronto for confirmation before go to Toronto for my visa interview?

o NO electronic items, food or liquids.
It may take an additional workweek to prepare your visa after you appear here or these items reach us by mail. Please understand that U.S. law makes the applicant, and not the U.S. government, solely responsible for qualifying for a visa in time to suit his/her needs. We can offer no prior assurance of eligibility to any applicant for any reason at any time.

sorry didnt see the last 2 lines of your post starscream....
i will talk to some lawyers and hopefully get some answers.
my company said the appeal will take atleast 6-7 months nowadays...
i can work till then without issues.

I actually sent evl instead of paystubs. I cant produce paystubs because I am not currently working with them
