This is my second post for today. If you're looking for the Wags 'n Whiskers blog hop, please scroll down to the next post. This card is for the Magnolia-licious Design Team challenge for February. Our challenge this month came from the fabulous Diana Crick, and she asked us to make a wiper card with the theme of spring! I sure didn't have much problem with the spring part of it! As half the country is being pummeled with snow and cold weather, our sun is shining beautifully and it's going to be in the high 50's!! I love it! As some of you might know, yellow is my favorite color. I don't use it much in my card making, but I truly love how bright and cheery it is, and I think it's the perfect color for spring. So that's the main color of my card for today. I used #330 Tilda in hat sitting. I have always loved this Tilda. I just think she's the epitome of spring! She's colored with Copic markers on cryogen white paper and then cut out and popped up for dimension.

I then used #421 sun for one of the wipers, and #406 little birds for the other. I used the directions for the wiper card, except cut my two pieces of base cardstock at 6" x 9" because I like my 6" square cards. I still scored at 1-1/2" and 3" as stated in the tutorial. Please visit the Magnolia-licious Highlites blog for instructions on how to make this style card, and to find out how to enter the challenge.

That's it for today. Please be sure and visit the challenge blog to see the fabulous designs from the rest of the design team, and then we'd love it if you would grab your paper and glue and join us for the challenge! Thanks so much for stopping by to see me today, and hope to see you back again soon! Hugs!
