I, for one, see nothing great in that news.
Why?
Lotus Notes should simply go away. Forever. It is *that* horrible. :mad:
I know that I will get the usual canned response here from Notes fans ("but, you see, it is not just an email app, it is so much more...").
However, the client interface on Windows is beyond unusable (it is a horrible, terrible mess). It sucks as an email client. And it sucks as a database.
I have been forced to use it in my previous job, and I hated every minute of it.
By the way, I also did development on it... So i do know about all possible bells and whistles.
It is still horrible.

yes, probably. Since I was already on 10.5.8 before I installed CHUD. Uninstall it thru the remover that it came with, and reinstall after your update to 10.5.8. It is better if you download the 10.5.8 combo that update it using the Apple Software Updater.

My 2007 MacPro 2,1 could use a boost also. Sadly it would make sense to replace it with a 27'' iMac with these new 3.4Ghz SandyBridge chip whenever it comes out. I can't really justify buying a 12 core machine just for Folding...

Currently, the iPod nano (2010 version, or 6th generation) cannot playback video on its touchscreen. Attempts to play mp4 or m4v files will only output the audio track, not the video.
Some are hoping that Apple will come up with a firmware update to allow video to show on the screen, but until then, no.

No matter what language you say it in that number is TWO. AT&T has no obligation to let you upgrade early at any price. Stop whining and crying and throwing a fit and be a grown up and deal with the contract you signed. Don't like it pay the ETF and go else where.

The patent application has this to say about acquiring a time-signal over an established connection to a CDMA network...
the controller 110 (eg a microprocessor) extracts the system time, as well as various parameters, from the received sync channel message and stores the extracted data

I was wondering if one would be able to get a FaceTime HD camera and install it on a 2010 iMac? Could it possibly be as simple as just taking the iSight cam out and plugging the FaceTime HD in? I would really like the 720P capability of the new cam.

Nope. It is true. Warranty from date of manufacture from non authorized retailer. Seen a couple threads with angry people because of this. Apple took the date of manufacture because the buyer bought from ebay.
